If you think you may have acupuncture benefits, please visit our patient portal platform to set up an account. From your account you can fill out the Insurance Information form located in the Forms section of the Patient Portal.

Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you will receive an email or phone call with your insurance plan information.

Please note: beginning in 2024, there will be an additional $25 charge for cupping and guasha services, as insurance doesn’t cover these services. This will be in addition to any deductible, copay, or co-inusrance you have on your plan.
